Honey is a beautiful, gentle natured mare with a lovely short head and large eyes. She is elegant and has excellent movement. Honey arrived home from the USA at the end of 2007 with a beautiful colt foal at foot and in foal with his full brother. She has been PTIF to Iona Farms Irish Legend (imp USA) for a 2010 foal.

Honey's sire is Landry’s War Paint, a 32", very smooth bodied stallion with exceptional refinement, level top line, long legs and neck and a beautiful temperament. He was awarded 3rd in the AMHA National Championship Top Ten halter. War Paint's sire is Shadow Oaks Cock Robin who is by the famous appaloosa Falabella, Chianti and out of Vanilla 3rd, the maternal granddam of Boones Little Buckeroo. War Paint’s dam, DT Divine Miss M, is also the dam of Landry’s Black Diamond, a multiple National and Reserve National Champion sire.

Honey's dam is HCM Buck’s Cameo Dove, a beautiful and very powerful palomino pinto mare sired by Little King’s Almighty Buck and out of Soat’s Li’l Dove. Both Cameo Dove and Li'l Dove are superb producers. Li'l Dove has been a champion in halter and harness and she passes these traits on to her offspring several of which have been National Champion winners. Although unshown, Cameo Dove is Champion quality and would undoubtedly have excelled in both halter and harness had she been shown.
